78* and sunny does not really put me in the Christmas baking mood, so today, I pulled all the blinds, turned up the fans and the Christmas tunes, and got to working on some Christmas treats. My mom makes these every Christmas and they are some of my favorites! Dip some Ritz Bitz in white chocolate, sprinkle, and your done! So easy and oh so delicious!
