20 years ago today, my parents took a huge leap of faith. Instead
of embracing their freedom and their almost empty nest, they chose to
open their home and welcome a sibling group of five children
Dustin Archambo (then 10),
Tim Archambo (then 9),
Lindsey Archambo (then 6),
Alexis Archambo (then 5), and
Jason Shane Archambo
(then 4) as a part of our family. Nothing short of a calling from God
would compel them to such a selfless act. My parents have never claimed
to be perfect, but have always loved us and faithfully pointed me and my
siblings toward the perfect adoptive Father. For this, we are indebted
eternally.
Mark 9:37 “Whoever welcomes one of these little
children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not
welcome me but the one who sent me.”

Here's a picture of all of us at our annual family reunion. We had not all been together for 6 years before this! |

And all of our families! |
Between all of us, my parents have 10 grandsons and 4 granddaughters! We are so thankful for all the cousins, aunts, and uncles that my kids get to spend time with when we are in Oklahoma.
